Frequently asked questions
Finding things, where to buy, where the numbers come from, and trying before you buy.
What is NB.market?
A shelf of popular quant tools from around the web: EAs, signals, indicators, copy trading, VPS, backtesting, data and learning resources, shown as same-sized cards. Each card opens the product's own page. Available in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English.
How do I find what suits me?
Above the cards you can filter by Niubang signals, EAs, tools, free, price band or around the web, and sort by recommended, latest synced or price from low to high. The search box in the header matches names and sources.
What do “Popular”, “New” and “Updated this week” mean?
Popular: pinned by hand or the most clicked in the last 7 days, at most 3. New: listed in the last 7 days. Updated this week: a new version or a performance update in the last 7 days. Cards that are none of these carry no badge. Niubang signals can also be “Featured”, meaning they meet the published standards.
Where do I buy, and which price counts?
A card opens the product page: usually the product's own website, sometimes this site's product page, where the official support team activates it. Purchase, activation and after-sales all happen with the product's team; NB.market itself takes no payments. Before you pay, the price the product's team confirms is the one that counts.
What is the enquiry code for?
On a product page you pick what you want to ask about and get an enquiry code. Send it to the official support contact shown on the page so they know which product and question you mean. The code contains none of your personal details.
Where do Niubang signal returns and drawdowns come from, and how often do they update?
From the public rankings on Niubang (niubang.ai). Every card shows when it was last synced. After 2 hours without a sync it is marked “Sync delayed”, and after 48 hours the signals are taken down until data returns. Maximum drawdown is measured on closed trades.
How are “Featured” signals chosen?
By published thresholds: at least 90 days and 100 trades, risk tier R1 or R2, a positive total return with a profit factor of at least 1.2, synced within the last 2 hours, and open for copy trading on Niubang. The bar is never lowered to fill space.
What is NB Statistics?
A public, day-by-day record of an MT5 account: profit and loss, lots, deposits and withdrawals, and balance, viewable by day, week, month, quarter or year, and grouped by symbol, magic number or comment. Data is updated automatically in the cloud every 2 hours, with update times shown in broker time.
What should I check first in a live track record?
The account name, how many days it has run and its start and end dates, then when it was last updated. Records cover different periods, so do not compare them directly. If a seller only has screenshots or backtest charts, ask for a statistics page you can open.
What is an investor (read-only) password?
An MT5 investor password can view an account but cannot place trades, so it is the one to share when someone wants to see your record. Never give anyone your trading password.
How can I try an EA before buying?
Look for a trial version or test code first; for example, Jinge Tiema V6 and HyperMatch both offer a free 24-hour trial. Run it on a demo account for a while before deciding, and keep backtest, demo and live results separate.
How often are new products added?
New products and price changes from each site go into a review queue automatically every morning and only appear after a person checks them. Price changes to products already listed are reviewed again.
How do I contact support? Is there a community group?
Support is on QQ 3832001817, WeChat xau6000 and Telegram @hypermatch123. The community group is “NB community” on Telegram.
Something is wrong, or I want my product removed. What do I do?
Use Corrections & removals on the risk notice page with the page address and your reason. We check and handle it within 7 working days and keep a record.
How do I become a partner?
See the partner programme: a single tier, commission on revenue the official team actually receives, and no joining fee. Customers buy on the official site or through official support, so neither NB.market nor partners ever handle customer money. You can check whether a partner code is genuine on the verification page.
